Speakers:

Karen Leftley, BT

Karen is head of the BT Group Transformation Practice, possessing extensive knowledge of the communication business. She has undertaken many senior leadership roles in Operational Management, Programme Management and Business Transformation. Karen leads the development of transformation and Change Management skills and capability in BT, incorporating various Six Sigma and Lean, underpinned with Change Management and Programme & Project management. Over the last 5 years Karen’s focused on embedding enterprise wide culture change and developed a very unique approach to empowering individuals to make change happen everyday.

 

Paul Stokoe, BT

Paul is a Senior Consultant in the BT Group Transformation Practice, involved in the design and iterative development of Continuous Improvement (CI) in BT. A transformation professional, Paul has experience spanning 15 years; leading across Lean, Six Sigma and Change projects as well as CI deployments for multiple service industries. He is responsible for the core BT CI method being deployed enterprise wide across BT Group. Paul is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, a Lean Master and holds a BEng Hons in Manufacturing Engineering. 

 

Stuart Wells, Alliance Manchester Business School

Stuart Wells is Head of Business Development for Alliance Manchester Business School and leads a team of Client Directors and Business Development managers focused on Executive Education, consultancy and sponsorship at Alliance Manchester Business School. The team work with corporate and public sector clients to identify individual and organisational development needs and ensure that Alliance MBS can design and develop solutions that satisfy that identified need. Stuart is an experienced commercial director with a strong interest in promoting collaborative working as a means of achieving sustainable partnerships between universities and organisations having worked in a variety of roles over the last 11 years.
