Hotel reveals its new spa and treatment menu

"The launch of the new spa is another exciting milestone for The Dalmeny Resort Hotel as we celebrate our 70th anniversary year."
Samantha Lewis, managing director at The Dalmeny

The Dalmeny Resort Hotel in St Annes will unveil its enhanced spa and wellbeing facilities and new treatment menu at an exclusive launch event on November 23.

In partnership with luxury skincare specialist ESPA, the hotel is launching a refined treatment menu for both men and women, which a choice of more than 40 different treatments, therapies and day spa packages.

The spa itself has been given a makeover which includes newly refurbished treatment rooms, a twin treatment room and poolside sun loungers

Members of the public are invited to see the new facilities for themselves on Wednesday between 5pm and 9pm, where they can indulge in treatment demonstrations and shop the ESPA limited edition Christmas product range.

The upgrade is the latest in a series of improvements to the family-owned hotel as part of a £2.5million renovation programme. So far 80 of 112 bedrooms have been given a facelift while a new function suite and ceremony room for weddings have been developed.

Earlier this year The Dalmeny recruited a new leisure and spa operations manager, Adrian Thomas, who has overseen the changes to the spa and the development of the new menu. Adrian’s previous experience includes responsibility for launching and rebranding leisure facilities across the InterContinental Hotels group, and playing an integral role in the £30 million rebrand at the Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross in Buckinghamshire.

Adrian said: “On joining The Dalmeny it was my aim to build on what we already had and take the guest experience to the next level. It’s been a pleasure partnering with ESPA and we worked together closely to develop a handpicked selection of signature face and body treatments. These combine a relaxing spa experience with a treatment menu which reflects people’s desire for results, while retaining the family-friendly feel for which the hotel is known.

“We’re looking forward to hearing what guests think of the new menu and of the revamped facilities, which we believe will put our health and wellbeing service firmly on the map.”

Samantha Lewis, managing director at The Dalmeny, added: “The launch of the new spa is another exciting milestone for The Dalmeny Resort Hotel as we celebrate our 70th anniversary year.”

The Dalmeny Spa and Wellbeing launch and Christmas shopping evening takes place on November 23 between 5pm and 9pm at the poolside lounge.

Mince pies and mulled wine are provided and there’s a free gift worth £25.00 with every purchase.
