Property Investor Education Company Launch New Networking Event In Chester

Property Investor Education Company Launch New Networking Event In Chester

""

The largest property investor education company in the UK is launching a new monthly networking event at Abode Chester on 1st April 2014 for anyone who is interested in making money from property.

Progressive Property Network (PPN) is coming to Chester at a time when Chester is seeing a revival in the property market, and it will be of particular appeal to all “would be” property investors, as well as existing property investors wishing to make new contacts, learn more, and grow their property portfolios.

Progressive Property was founded by property millionaires Rob Moore and Mark Homer back in 2003, when they bought their first property together. Since then they’ve bought over 350 properties, written 4 best selling books (sold in 32 countries), and built a team of 35 people in house at Progressive House in Peterborough, which they own, along with a 6000 sq ft training academy next door.

David Smith, the organiser of PPN Chester , said “I’m delighted to be bringing this event to Chester and to have received the support from a number of local firms who have specialist knowledge in various aspects of property. These include Chester’s largest law firm, Aaron & Partners, who have a property team of 8 solicitors, and leading Estate Agents, Humphreys of Chester, who also run the property Auction House at Chester Racecourse and the Wirral.

David ran his own firm of Independent Financial Advisers for some 30 years and only decided to become a full time property investor last year, after attending a course at Progressive Property’s training academy in Peterborough. “I was absolutely amazed at what ordinary people had achieved from investing in property, some having started with no money, and thought to myself, if they can do it, so can I”.

And when he was asked if he’d like to launch the networking event in Chester, he jumped at the chance. “Organising this event has been a real eye opener for me” says David. “I never realised how popular these meetings are. A similar one in Berkshire regularly attracts 200 people, and tickets are sold out within a few days of being released each month. If I can build the Chester meeting up to this level I’ll be very happy”

Speakers at the launch event include Roy Inman from Manchester, and Tracey Woods from Stevenage. Roy has bought over 69 properties in the 12 years he’s been investing in property and now spends much of his time mentoring others who want to benefit from his experience. Tracey will be revealing how, by investing in property, she was able to give up her full time job in IT last year.

Joint Co Founder of the Progressive Property Network, Jamie Madill, said he’s absolutely thrilled about the launch of the Chester event. “Right from the start, Chester was one of the places we wanted to be holding PPN events, it was just a question of finding the right person to organise and host the events - then David came along”

The meeting is being held in the Tattersall Suite at the Abode Hotel on Tuesday 1st April and will start at 6:45pm. Future meetings will be held on the 1st Tuesday of each month.
