Countryside has been celebrated for its work with Knowsley Council at this year’s Knowsley Business and Regeneration Awards, taking home the gold award for ‘Housing Deal of the Year’.
Hundreds of guests gathered at the Grand Marquee in Knowsley Safari Park last week to celebrate the success and achievements of Knowsley’s business and regeneration community.
The home builder was praised for its partnership with the council to bring 583 much-needed new homes into Knowsley, including the exciting regeneration of Tower Hill in Kirkby and the transformation of unused land across the borough.
Peter Vella, Regional Sales and Marketing Director, Countryside, commented: “Recent years have seen Knowsley go from strength-to-strength when it comes to business opportunities. Countryside underwent a detailed tender process before Knowsley Council named it as the preferred partner, with Countryside proving that it was ready and able to meet the design and format requirements, as well as ensuring a mix of tenures, various employment and training opportunities, and wider community benefits.
