Marshall Group expansion continues with new headquarters in Liverpool City Centre
Six figure sum invested as group introduces new services and expands team
The Marshall Group which owns and operates one of Liverpool’s leading estate agents, has relocated its existing headquarters from Rodney Street to a state of the art building on Dale Street in the heart of the business district as part of its strategic growth plans.
The family-owned and operated property group launched its sales and lettings agency division four and a half years ago and has since won numerous industry awards with the agency growing from just two staff to eighteen with more jobs expected to be created throughout 2017.
The Marshall Group offers expertise in property sales, letting and management and has also added commercial/residential block and facilities management services to its impressive portfolio of offerings to clients.
The refurbishment of the new high street office was overseen by group CEO Paul Marshall who brings 30 years’ experience in residential and commercial property development and management.
"We've invested a substantial six figure sum in the new headquarters for the Marshall Group in anticipation of current and expected future growth of the business across all disciplines."
He said: "We've invested a substantial six figure sum in the new headquarters for the Marshall Group in anticipation of current and expected future growth of the business across all disciplines.
"It's a proud moment for all involved in the Marshall Group as we firmly establish our place in the market as Liverpool’s leading independent sales and lettings agency and further enhance our construction and facilities management arm of the business which is now almost 3 decades old and is well established in both commercial and residential sectors.”
The Marshall Group began as a family operated firm in the property development and management business in the 1980s. After developing and managing their own properties for many years, they decided to offer their services to others. They opened up their first branch on St Mary’s Road in South Liverpool and after just 2 years further expansion was needed and a new residential sales and lettings branch was opened in Allerton to further boost the groups sales and lettings offering. Today the Marshall Group operates in two key locations in the city with ambitious plans for further branches in the very near future.
Sean Marshall, managing director added: “The Marshall Group is unique in the sense that we are heavily involved in the construction and development of properties as well as estate agency, meaning we have a thorough understanding of all aspects of the local property market. We also have our own in-house maintenance and construction team which enables us to maintain and enhance our landlord’s portfolios...something a lot of other estate agents or property management companies can’t do.
“Further, in spite of lots of talk of the estate and lettings agency industry moving online and with lots of our competitors exiting the market and reducing their high street presence we have made the bold move to enhance our presence on the high street. We have consistently expanded the Group overall through a network of quality referrals based on our client's experience of the Marshall group’s multiple service offer.”
