Residents move into a £1.9m affordable housing development in Liverpool.

"I am delighted with my new apartment and I have settled in well, the location is great and I have a large balcony. I never thought I would be able to afford to live in such a lovely apartment"
Leanne, Tenant

Pine Court, part of the Sovini Group, was established to provide quality homes and housing services for those in need, with a specific focus on the Chinese and South East Asian communities.

The development offers good transport links to Liverpool city centre and is located in the heart of the £100m Edge Lane redevelopment project.

Leanne, who is studying Health & Social Care, has moved into a one bedroom apartment within the development.

The apartments were built by Fairtree Homes and offer residents allocated parking, eco-friendly bicycle storage, secure entry system and on-site CCTV.

Cllr Frank Hont, Cabinet Member for Housing said: “I was delighted to be invited to attend the official opening of Phoenix Mews in Edge Lane. Great to see Pine Court building quality social housing developments in Liverpool.”
