AWH Solicitors’ New Claims Manager Karah Hewson will tomorrow be partaking in a five-hour boot camp session to raise money for children living in poverty or with illness for this year’s Christmas celebrations.
As to why she is doing this, she said:
“It’s a great opportunity to help these kids have a magical Christmas morning. Whether we celebrate it or not, I’m sure we can all agree that Christmas time is a lovely joyous time of the year, and it’s sad that not all children can feel that way when it comes around”
The boot camp is set to start at 9 AM on Saturday morning the 3rd of November. Exercises will include High Intensity Training (HIT), boxercise and core sessions. Lunch will be provided to the participants and games will be added to the training sessions to motivate everyone to keep on going for the full 5 hours.
"Its a great opportunity to help these kids have a magical Christmas morning."
Karah likes to stay active and together with other colleagues at AWH Solicitors Manchester she even finished the Yorkshire 3 peaks earlier this year, however when asked if she works out regularly, she confessed: “I probably haven’t done an actual work out for about a year!”
Anyone who has attempted a boot camp session at their local gym will undoubtedly have experienced how challenging even half an hour can be, especially for someone who doesn’t take on such type of exercise regularly. We are so proud Karah is taking on this challenge and would encourage everyone to support and motivate her to help her through this excruciating session.
To help children living in poverty experience the magic of Christmas please donate on Karah’s JustGiving page and help her raise the funds that can make the difference between an amazing Christmas for these children, or no Christmas at all.
