Patrick Parsons is to provide its expertise for High Street Residential on three large schemes that are going to site.

High Street Residential plans to provide an end-to-end solution to Institutional and Buy to let investors in the Private Rental Sector over the next 5 years, creating quality rental homes for over 15,000 people in the UK’s most in-demand cities.

Cheshire Junction, a £56m project situated on John Street, Warrington will be developed into 8 stories with a capacity for 362 apartments. The area will also have an adjacent multi-story car park with 796 spaces.

The £16.5m Middlewood Plaza development in Salford will be a split height of 6 and 9 stories, containing 1- and 2-bedroom apartments and 2- and 3-bedroom townhouses.

Both developments are now on site, for which Patrick Parsons are providing building services and Section 278 works.

Westminster Works, situated in Birmingham on the edge of the Southern Gateway £1 billion regeneration zone, will be going to site on the 19th April. It will consist of 8 stories and accommodates 220 units. Providing building services, structural, civil, geoenvironmental and party wall surveyors’ consultancy throughout.

The schemes are the latest additions to a residential portfolio that includes St James Point, Portland Green and Dickens Yard.
