Working in partnership with Wyre Borough Council, Regenda Homes acquired five semi-detached three-bedroom properties which had been long term empty and fell into disrepair.
Fleetwood is a key development area for the provider, who is also pumping £10m into four estates across the town, and the refurbishment project has further bolstered its development strategy and number of homes.
The five properties, all made available for social rent, have been restored to an attractive yet affordable finish by M&Y Maintenance and Construction.
Three of the homes are occupied with the final two expected to be let within the next few weeks.

The Wyre Empty Homes project was part funded by grant money from the Homes England.
