Enjoy the mouth-watering tastes of Lunyalita during National Vegetarian Week

Lunyalita is a year-round destination for stunning meat-free dining making it the perfect place to celebrate National Vegetarian Week this week.

 

The Albert Dock favourite will spoil you with fantastic, authentic Catalan and Spanish vegetarian dishes to choose from.

 

Spanish nibbles include the most delicious and succulent olives, Encurtidos (pickles) and snacks, plus home-made bread served with exquisite extra virgin olive oils and beautiful vinegars from Spain.

 

Lunyalita's tapas menu has classic options such as Patatas Bravas and Spanish tortilla plus some dishes that are unique to Lunyalita, such as garbanzos, a Middle Eastern spice-infused chickpea stew with butternut squash, almonds and apricots (pictured).

 

Plus we have to mention the cheese. Owners and founders Peter and Elaine regularly visit Spain seeking out the best suppliers. "Our passion for produce has allowed us to curate the largest collection of Spanish cheese in the world outside of Spain," said Peter.

 

Veggies will be pleased to hear that their selection includes vegetarian-friendly varieties too.

 

You can choose a selection to be served as a platter with Catalan fruit accompaniments plus there are also large sharing cheeses on offer...Lunyalita’s whole soft cheeses make perfect centrepieces for between 2-6 people sharing and are all served with breadsticks for dipping.

 

Lunyalita has a dreamy veggie dessert menu too...their churros and crema Catalana are utterly delicious.
