Leading North West law firm, SAS Daniels LLP has further strengthened its Private Client team and extended its service offering to help its clients access funding for adult social care and also help them plan for funding their care with the appointment of new Associate Solicitor, Kerry Blackhurst.
Blackhurst who will work across all four of SAS Daniel’s Cheshire offices joins from Linder Myers Solicitors where she was an Associate in the Health and Social Care team. She brings new expertise to the firm, specialising in the legalities relating to the provision of funding for adult social care or healthcare, and helping elderly clients access funding to support care in their own home or in a residential or nursing home.
Blackhurst said: “Cheshire has the highest ageing population in the North West and there are likely to be many elderly local residents who just don’t know where to turn for support when they fall ill or become unable to adequately care for themselves any longer.
