HR Complete is a bespoke insurance-backed service launched two years ago to help SMEs get the most out of their people, and to protect against claims.
The unique scheme now offers clients the support of health and safety consultants Vita Safety, occupational health service consultancy Organisational Healthcare, Physiotherapy and wellbeing service Physiofusion and Mattioli Woods, one of the UK's leading providers of wealth management and employee benefit services.
To mark the launch of the expanded service, Forbes Solicitors are hosting a free HR Complete event in conjunction with its Complementary Partners between 9am and 2pm on October 16, at Ribby Hall Conference Centre, Wrea Green. The seminar will showcase the additional support now on offer to SME clients.
The HR Complete service includes:
- A dedicated Client Relationship Manager, responsible for ensuring high quality advice and excellent customer service
- Monthly meetings with one of Forbes’ Employment & HR specialist solicitors and your Management or HR team, to discuss ongoing issues; providing pro-active advice as well as updates on developing legal issues and trends in the marketplace

- Redundancy, reorganisation and business process re-engineering
- Defence of tribunal cases
The service covers legal costs and damages in the event of a tribunal claim and companies can choose the level of voluntary excess so as to reduce premiums.
