Beyond Corporate, part of Beyond Professional Services Group, has advised the McGoff Group on the corporate and development finance of an innovative new community village scheme in Broadheath, Greater Manchester.
The law firm recently concluded the transaction, which secured £3million of development funding for the project, which is located on the corner of Turnbull Road and Sinderland Road.
Designed by the McGoff Group and with construction now underway, the prestigious scheme includes a family-friendly restaurant by Greene King, a new day nursery and a new Community Hall for the Broadheath Community Association.
