Linder Myers Solicitors has strengthened its commercial property team with the appointment of Anne Dobie as a partner in its Manchester office.
Anne has arrived from Davitt Jones Bould, real estate law specialists, where she was associate director. Prior to that, she was Head of Weightmans’ commercial property team in Manchester and national head of healthcare.
Anne brings a wealth of experience to the Linder Myers commercial property team. She is a specialist in site acquisition, development projects, joint ventures, forward funding, regeneration and remediation of brown field sites; acting on behalf of developers, public bodies (health and local authority) and institutional investors. She has been involved in numerous town centre developments. Anne also undertakes commercial Landlord and Tenant work and supports commercial clients in corporate transactions involving sales and leasebacks and the acquisition and disposal of companies and businesses.
