The firm’s Employment and HR Team won the accolade at the prestigious LawNet annual conference and awards dinner, where over 200 delegates from across the industry celebrated in style at the luxurious Heythrop Park resort in Oxfordshire.
The judges praised the MLP team for its revenue growth, client calibre and retention, and superior levels of strategic support.

MLP’s Employment and HR Team doubled in size last year and has increased its revenue by almost 300%, while also being responsible for the firm’s charity initiatives. The company is opening new offices in Cheshire and London, taking its branch total to five. Further appointments are expected to be made in the first quarter of 2018.
