MasterCraft Boats UK, Offer Bespoke Coaching With Team GB Wakeboarder

Preston-Based MasterCraft Superyacht Tenders Offer Bespoke Coaching With Team GB Wakeboarder And Multi Championship Winner, Dan Nott

MasterCraft Boats UK, Offer Bespoke Coaching With Team GB Wakeboarder

Superyacht owners with a bespoke MasterCraft tender can now have their own tailor-made coaching and training event with top British wakeboarder, Dan Nott.

The Superyacht tenders team at Preston-based MasterCraft Boats UK will arrange for Dan to fly out to an owner’s preferred location anywhere in the world. They will tailor a bespoke coaching programme for a day, a weekend, or longer, depending on the wishes of the owner, captain or guests.

Dan Nott is a MasterCraft athlete who has also been a key member of the British Wakeboarding Team for twenty years.  And yes, he did start young! He’s been wakeboarding since he was 10 and is a multiple UK National Champion and four times European Champion. He’s been on the podium twice in the World Championships and most recently took second place at the World Cable Wakeboard Championships held in February in Argentina. It’s fair to say that Dan is wakeboarding royalty.

Of course, having the experience and know-how is one thing but being able to teach it to others is another. That takes a different kind of experience and Dan has that in spades. He has extensive coaching experience that includes coaching superyacht crew and owners how to drive their MasterCraft watersports tenders to get the best out of them, and to give the best surf or waves to riders behind the boat. He also has great people skills and can encourage even the most inexperienced wakeboarder or wakesurfer.

Wakesurfing is growing in popularity as it’s seen as easier to master than wakeboarding. It’s particularly popular with Generation X – that’s those born in the 60s through to the 80s - as it gives a softer landing which is ideal while you’re learning. It also makes it ideal for a one or two-day coaching event.

With superyacht owners and captains having to consider entertaining a range of ages, whether that’s an owner’s children or grandchildren, or guests of all ages and all abilities, MasterCraft’s Ultimate Fun On The Water Coaching can really bring something extra to everyone’s time on board.

MasterCraft has been the industry leader in new product innovation, styling, comfort, performance and quality for five decades, constantly introducing innovative designs that keep it ahead of the pack. There is the Gen 2 Surf System that serves up customised waves at the touch of a button and the patented DockStar Handling System. Most recently, at Miami Boat Show, MasterCraft’s X24 won a further innovation award for introducing new technology including the new FastFill Ballast System that fills the X24’s ballast tanks in under three minutes. The X24 also sees the introduction of the Switchback Ballast Tank. Once full, the tank instantly shifts ballast from side-to-side to suit a rider’s preference.

Dan has travelled the world in competitions and has also worked with the superyacht community in the Med, including Monaco and St Tropez.  For superyacht owners it’s more about fun on the water, rather than competition, and having coaching and tips from a top athlete takes the fun to a new level.

The crew will benefit from the experience too and will continue using skills picked up during the coaching sessions for years to come.  Crew-only days can also be arranged.

This is exclusive to MasterCraft Boats UK. Contact a member of the superyacht tenders team for more information and to arrange a bespoke coaching event. http://www.mastercraft.co.uk/home
