Attracting over 350 hotel clients, guests, local residents and their families for a free day packed with events and family activities, the Hotel team organised fairground rides, bouncy castle, garden games, kids disco, face painters, and more, and for the grown-ups, a barbecue, raffle and live entertainment. Of course, the most popular part of the day, was the annual Easter egg hunt.
"It is a wonderful opportunity for us to show the changes and improvements at the Hotel, and to thank local residents and clients for their support."
John Scott, general manager
The event comes a year on from major redevelopment at the Hotel, with a £2 million project to add 19 contemporary new bedrooms and making design improvements, both internally and externally, to the existing 1970s hotel extension and hotel entrance.
“The fun day has evolved over the last five years, and this year has attracted more people than ever. It is a wonderful opportunity for us to show the changes and improvements at the Hotel, and to thank local residents and clients for their support.” said John Scott, general manager
