Fuze Research is excited to be working with some amazing events and festivals this year to help them with their individual research needs which amongst others include: understanding their audience; gaining valuable insights into the visitor experience; finding out which marketing channels are effective; ensuring their strategic aims are being met and realising their economic impact.

This year is the first time that Fuze Research has worked with the Wye Valley River Festival, a festival that showcases the Wye Valley area of Outstanding Natural Beauty using the arts and entertainment and Chester Mystery Plays, an amazing community theatre event that brings the stories of the Bible to life, making them relevant to modern times and issues. It’s also the second year running that they are working with the Lakes Alive Festival which offers a free programme of world-class contemporary art.

Fuze Director, Dr Tom Williams said “We’re delighted to be working with three very different but equally brilliant UK events and festivals. All three events and festivals have individual research needs and our team thrive on working with each of our clients to ensure that the right questions are asked to be able to deliver meaningful and revealing insight on what is important to them and their business.

It’s important to us that our research has a real impact on our client’s businesses and the fact that we are working with Lakes Alive for a second year running shows the value of our research and evidence-based action-plan to them.”

The Fuze on the ground staff were skilled and friendly which enabled a high level of responses to the survey.

The evaluation document was thorough and has proved extremely useful in presenting the facts to sponsors, funders and supporters of the festival. The infographic which was provided was invaluable for the executive summary.

Fuze have the ability to develop both good evaluation materials and relationships with clients, which in the festival world is invaluable.”

Fuze work with each of their clients to design research solutions that fit around their individual business needs and budget using their bespoke Fuze Metrics system, creating clear action-plans that evolve with the business. The action-plans can be used to inform future activities as well as well as supporting the development of marketing and partnerships and supporting teams to achieve their strategic goals.
