Janie Ash, Managing Director is excited "Winning this prestigious award would be a huge honour for Better with Jam. It would be a real validation for the great work we’ve created over the last year, and recognition for the hard work our small, but perfectly formed, team puts into every project."
Ash's journey to becoming one of Lancaster’s leading female entrepreneurs has been colourful and varied, and given her the experience needed to run a successful creative agency. She had had a film script optioned by 20th Century Fox, helped to set up radio stations in Lancaster and Belfast, and headed up a number of creative and marketing agencies – all the time building her reputation as a multi-platform marketing expert.
