Trio of wins for Likely Story

Web and branding agency - Likely Story - is celebrating after securing three new clients.

Trio of wins for Likely Story

"Welcoming three new clients onboard this month has been very exciting for us. Its testament to the teams already strong reputation."
Ben Howarth

The Ancoats-based agency, which launched in November 2017, has welcomed Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU), Open Study College and Blackmore Group to its portfolio.

The Design Action Plan project for MMU is being undertaken in conjunction with the Arts and Humanities Research Council, Design Council and Cardiff Metropolitan University. The key objective is to further improve the public’s perception of the value of design.

Likely Story has designed a website which will act as a hub to promote and communicate the initiative among the design industry and the wider community. It aims to provide updates over the project’s two year period and to act as a forum for debate. The site will go live next month.

Birmingham-based distance learning provider, Open Study College (OSC), brought Likely Story in to undertake a complete overhaul of its main website.

Likely Story performed research to review the effectiveness of the current pages to investigate what information users would like to see to help shape the website’s user-experience. As part of the redesign, courses were restructured to help aid navigation - a key factor towards maximising user engagement and sign-ups.

Steven Nash, director of ecommerce at OSC, said: “As an online education provider, our website is a pivotal point of contact for our students and potential students. We’d reached a point where we needed to communicate more clearly if we were to continue to grow. Likely Story has done an excellent job of designing it and meeting that brief - we’re really pleased with how it’s looking. They’ve been incredibly thorough and displayed impressive attention to detail.”

Thirdly, Blackmore Group has awarded Likely Story with the task of redesigning both its main and Homes websites as well as a personal branding project for CEO Philip Nunn.

Ben Howarth, director of Likely Story, said: “Welcoming three new clients onboard this month has been very exciting for us. It’s testament to the team’s already strong reputation. Starting any new business isn’t easy, so to win work with some big names so early on is something we’re exceptionally proud of.”
