Manchester Venture Builder Seeking to Fast-Track Businesses With High Ambitions

"We have no fixed profile of the businesses we are seeking to work with. The only thing they need for us to get involved are people and ideas that excite us."
Jamie Alaise

Venture building company, Manchester Outsourcing is opening its doors to growing businesses, providing a new style of business support to help companies reach the next stage of their development.

Headed by CEO Jamie Alaise, Manchester Outsourcing supports businesses with the resources and skills that will enable them to achieve their full potential.

These business incubator services include a fully resourced contact centre, telemarketing, HR resource and payroll service, as well as marketing, PR, digital and business consultancy, with the aim of driving customer acquisition and growth through marketing and outbound sales.

The model, popularised in the US to support emerging tech start-ups, has since spread through Asia and parts of Europe, but not yet taken a foothold in the UK business community.

Unlike the original US venture builders, Alaise says that Manchester Outsourcing will consider both tech and non-tech businesses to join its fold, which currently includes companies across several sectors, including the finance, telecoms, security, technology and combat sports industries

"Manchester Outsourcing helps businesses grow and establishes solid foundations, but we’re also dedicated to helping them create a legacy,” Jamie explains. “We have professionals on hand with the kind of industry experience you simply can’t pay for.

“Growth is our speciality. Manchester Outsourcing is a business born out of organic growth, and I’ve witnessed how companies can expand and thrive when given the right kind of support and guidance.

“Everything we’ve done at Manchester Outsourcing has been in aid of creating an amazing business that supports companies. We’re passionate about serving people, and have the skillset in-house that businesses can utilise to take that next step and make things happen.”

Manchester Outsourcing has operated a business outsourcing service since 2015 and already partners with a varied selection of enterprises.  It is now seeking new entrepreneurs with whom to work, especially those unsure of how best to achieve their next phase of growth.

“We have no fixed profile of the businesses we are seeking to work with or upper limit on the level of support they might require,” explains Alaise. “The only thing they need for us to get involved are people and ideas that excite us.”

Company directors, Jeremy Hartley (chief financial officer), Ian Hughes (operations director) and Rebecca Hartley (external relations director) also provide over 30 years of experience in their individual fields, having worked with a number of national firms over their careers.
