Harvey Homes builds steps against Coronavirus

"It is times like this when we all realise what is really important in life time with family and friends. The homes that we build are always designed with families in mind."
Tom Ratcliffe, Director of Harvey Homes

Given the current situation in the UK with regards to coronavirus, Harvey Homes is reassuring the public that it is making the safety and wellbeing of their customers, colleagues and their families their top priority.

The family-owned company is monitoring advice from the UK Government on a daily basis and actively following their instructions.

This has resulted in the team making the decision to close the show home at Swan Green until the restrictions on movement in the UK have been lifted. However, they are now able to offer virtual tours through a newly commissioned video that allows potential buyers to feel as though they are there and be immersed in the beautiful interior and light-filled spaces.

This video is available on their website here https://www.harvey-homes.co.uk/developments/.

Harvey Homes’ customer care and sales teams are still fully operational and are available to talk to interested buyers during the day (call 0161 468 2728 to speak to Tom Ratcliffe and Stewart Chance or email hello@harvey-Homes.co.uk), and in the evening by appointment only.

Customers are urged to call the team without delay as the homes are still very much in demand due to their rural location and thoughtful design.

Following government guidance, Harvey Homes’ construction teams are carrying on in order to ensure that the development progresses and for the homes to be ready for those families who have already purchased. Stringent precautions are being taken on site to ensure the safety of the workers and site staff. Should the situation change, Harvey Homes is ready to change with it.

Co-Founder and Director of Harvey Homes, Tom Ratcliffe, said: “In these times of uncertainty, we very much appreciate the continued efforts that our customers and our colleagues are making to keep themselves and their families safe.

“It is times like this when we all realise what is really important in life; the safety and security of our loved ones, and time with family and friends. The homes that we build are always designed with families in mind so that they can enjoy being together in spaces that foster engagement and quality time.

“We have received a fantastic level of support from the local community in recent weeks and months and we hope for this to continue, and for us to be able to reciprocate it as time goes on.”

Harvey Homes is closely monitoring the situation and will make further changes to the operation of the site if required.
