Cheshire-based luxury housebuilding group, Harvey Homes, has recently made great strides with its bespoke development in Knutsford, with house sales starting to surge and the show home now open to the public.
The launch weekend of the show home (7th-8th March) proved to be enormously successful, with lots of interested house-hunters visiting and commenting on the quality of the craftmanship of the properties.
Sales are also looking positive as four houses have exchanged already, with the first buyer moving in before Christmas. The majority of the affordable housing units at the site in Lower Peover are now reserved, with 17 open market houses still available to purchase, although several of these have already been reserved.
Cheshire-based interior design company, Marie Charnley interiors, designed the four-bedroom detached house to show off its many features, including the vaulted ceilings of the bedrooms, Juliette Balconies and spacious living areas.
