at two of its prominent industrial properties in the north - Roundwood Industrial Estate (Wakefield) and Boundary Industrial Estate (Bolton).
Comprising two units totalling 38,201 sq ft, Roundwood Industrial Estate has welcomed Environmental Techniques Limited to the 17,425 sq. ft Unit 3, joining long-term tenants Global Doors Ltd in the adjoining Unit 4.
One of the leading providers of propriety technologies and services for rehabilitating sewer, water and industrial pipelines, Environmental Techniques Ltd has signed a ten-year lease through to February 2028.

The new tenancy was brokered by CBRE in Leeds, on behalf of Millfield Estates.

Following the new letting at Wakefield, Millfield Estates has also secured three new lettings at Boundary Industrial Estate, to Bain Plumbing Services Limited, DMC Carpentry & Construction Limited and Change Glazing and Locks Limited.
Family-run business, Bain Plumbing Services, has signed a five-year lease to work in the 1,432 sq ft Unit 6A until March 2023.
DMC Carpentry and Change Glazing and Locks Ltd have both agreed new tenancies to rent the 950 sq ft Unit 6B and Unit 6C warehouses respectively, with DMC Carpentry signing a three-year lease and Change Glazing and Locks Ltd five-years. These new lettings leave only Unit 1, at 11,917 sq.ft, available.
