Compendium Living set to launch Joseph Williams Place

"High quality, reasonably-priced homes in Lee Valley are in short supply and demand is strong so the launch of Joseph Williams Place couldnt come at a better time."
Clare Noakes

Joseph Williams Place is set to launch on Saturday 21st April, bringing a mix of 110 contemporary homes for sale to Belle Vale in Liverpool. To coincide with the launch of the scheme, a temporary marketing suite and show home will open, giving prospective buyers the chance to find out the prices, see the different house types and layout opportunities, and learn about packages such as Help to Buy. A larger sales arena is due to open later this year.

Developed by Compendium Living, Joseph Williams Place is the latest phase of a large scale regeneration project in South East Liverpool. One of a group of former council estates in the Lee Valley, Joseph Williams Place is Compendium Living’s latest contribution to the long-term generation of the area, providing buyers with an opportunity to buy a house outright in an up and coming area.

The scheme is situated on the site of the old Joseph Williams School in Belle Vale, which closed in 1997 and was once attended by the young Sir Paul McCartney. As well as a mix of 110 high quality two, three and four bedroom homes, the development will also include significant landscaped green space, providing improved pedestrian access to the local shops, other amenities and is in close proximity to Gateacre High School and Childwall Valley Academy.

There are 11 different house types available, with three types of two-bedroom homes, four three-bedroom homes and four four-bedroom homes. The new homes feature a great sized kitchen, downstairs WC, spacious living/dining area and a stylish bathroom, with the larger houses including an en-suite bathroom and utility room.  All properties benefit from energy efficient boilers and appliances, meaning ongoing energy costs will be cheaper than those associated with an older home. The show home has been decorated using soft, warm colour palettes of rose gold and grey hues with copper highlights to create a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Clare Noakes from Compendium Living said; “High quality, reasonably-priced homes in Lee Valley are in short supply and demand is strong so the launch of Joseph Williams Place couldn’t come at a better time. The range of homes available within the development will appeal to a real cross-section of buyers, with the two and three-bedroom homes ideal for first time buyers, singles and couples, while the four-bedroom homes will attract growing families. With Help to Buy available on all of our homes, the scheme presents a real opportunity for buyers to take that first step onto the property ladder, whilst also helping those looking to upgrade and move into a larger home.

“We’ve already received a great deal of interest in the scheme and its history makes it an even more compelling story. We’re confident that when Joseph Williams Place officially launches, we’ll see a lot of people visiting and we’re looking forward to showing people round.”

The marketing suite will open at 10am on April 21st and can be accessed on Viennese Road via Braehurst Way, L25. To register your interest, call 0151 515 5856.
