Commercial property specialist Millfield Estates has secured a lucrative 5-year tenancy agreement with Tattan & Gregson, a sophisticated boutique tailors which specialise in crafting high-end custom menswear and accessories, at Yorkshire House, Chapel Street in Liverpool.
Having invested significant funds into renovating the property over the last three years, the family-run business has now welcomed Tattan & Gregson into its recently refurbished 882 sq ft ground floor office space, worth £66,500 over the course of the tenancy.
With additional stores in London and Los Angeles, the tailors are moving their Liverpool base to Yorkshire House from the Plaza on Old Hall Street, with the new letting keeping them in Liverpool until at least 2024.
Yorkshire House has also seen two long-term tenants, in the form of PR agency Jayne Moore Media and FMG Consultancy, sign lease renewals at the property over the past month, worth a combined £70,000 pa.
