The #StartMeUp Pitch, organised by serviced office provider Orega, invites start-up businesses and entrepreneurs to write a short business pitch and submit it via the Orega website by 10 November 2017. Orega will then review the entries and invite their five favourites to pitch face-to-face for the prize.

The lucky winner will receive their own four-person office worth £10,000 at Orega Liverpool. The prize is for six months and includes business broadband, a phone and the support service the business needs to grow.

Two runners-up will each receive a Virtual Office package at Orega Liverpool for six months.

The competition follows on from the success of Orega’s first #StartMeUp Pitch, which took place in Manchester earlier this year and saw entrants going head-to-head to win an office at Orega MediaCity.

Suzanne Machray, Head of Marketing at Orega, said: “Orega Liverpool is the perfect location to give any business the space it needs to help inspire growth and creativity. Striking contemporary architecture, state-of-the-art office space, a central location and iconic views of the Liver Building and the River Mersey – what more could you ask for?

“We’re excited to see who will enter #StartMeUp – Liverpool is renowned for being full of entrepreneurial talent, and we’re hoping to discover an amazing up-and-coming business that really deserves a helping hand.

“Being in a business environment that’s sure to impress can make a massive difference. You could be rubbing shoulders with current occupiers at 20 Chapel Street like Ernst & Young, Fujitsu, Barclays and Liverpool Football Club before you know it.  So if you think you have what it takes, then we’d love to hear from you!”

Full information on how to enter the #StartMeUp Pitch, including terms and conditions, can be found on Orega’s website at https://info.orega.com/startmeup-pitch. The closing date for competition entries is 10 November 2017, with pitches taking place later in the month.
