Designed to meet the needs of an increasingly aspirational residential community, Downtown is set to become Manchester’s most exclusive waterside residence.  Construction is well underway at the development with phase one due to complete on target towards the end of 2018, and phase two shortly after that.

Success has been achieved working in partnership with Manchester-based law firm Fieldfisher, Alliance Investments, the sales arm of Manchester developer Property Alliance Group, and property finance specialist Wellesley Finance.  Fieldfisher worked on the project from inception to site acquisition involving lawyers from its real estate, planning, banking and construction teams across all UK offices, and Wellesley Finance provided the McGoff Group with a £39.9m funding facility to deliver the scheme.
