Recruitment outsourcer secures Sunday Times HSBC Top Track 100 listing

"After I took up the reins last year, its fantastic to have been awarded a place on the prestigious Sunday Times HSBC Top Track 100 a true beacon of celebrating business excellence across the UK."
Andrew Preston, CEO of de Poel

Neutral vendor recruitment outsourcing specialist de Poel has just been added to the 16th annual Sunday Times HSBC Top Track 100 league table.

Compiled by Fast Track, the Sunday Times HSBC Top Track 100 league table ranks Britain’s 100 private companies with the biggest sales.

Awarded 78th place after delivering a period of record performance, the listing comes after an MBO in 2016 – in which Andrew Preston, group MD at the time, assumed the role of CEO after he and the management team acquired a majority stake in the business from the previous owner and founder.

“The listing is testament to the company and our people’s focus and determination to strive for business excellence, and deliver an enhanced service delivery experience for our client and agency partners.

“I very much look forward to continuing to grow our leading position and deliver high performance, year on year.”

Founded in 2001, Cheshire-headquartered de Poel delivers cost-effective, quality-driven solutions to transform the engagement and management of an organisation’s non-permanent workforce. Its clients span the NHS, public sector and some of the best-known privately owned brands.
