Cast UK are excited to announce the launch of their new division focused exclusively around Human Resources recruitment services.
The launch of this division comes in response to increased demand from their client base who, over the last few years, have enlisted Cast UK’s services to find HR professionals specific to our specialisms; Procurement, Buying, Supply Chain and Logistics.
The new Human Resources team will be led by Managing Consultant, Dan Rowe, sourcing executive and management level roles in HR, ranging from Group HR Director to Talent Acquisition Manager.
Commenting on his new position, Dan said, “Having recruited senior level logistics roles for the last 7 years, I have witnessed a huge increase in existing clients seeking our help and advice on recruiting high level HR roles in the logistics sector. The increased demand within Cast UK’s specialisms is representative of the whole market, as a recent survey by The Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) shows that demand for HR professionals rose by 8% year on year. In line with these changes in the market place, with the launch of Cast UK HR they are extending the service offering to their valued clients.
Commenting on the expansion, Wayne Brophy, Cast UK Managing Director said, “We have successfully recruited many HR positions over the years and as demand increased over the last 12 months I felt strongly that we should create a Human Resources team for clients to take advantage of our expertise in this field.
