Loyalty Pro Launch Innovative New Snapshot Technology

Loyalty Pro, providers of the UK’s most advanced loyalty scheme for independent retailers and hoteliers, has launched a new picture-based loyalty technology feature, named ‘Snapshot’. This innovative new feature enables companies to reward their customers for leaving ratings, reviews and photographs.

 

Snapshot is a loyalty facility for businesses to offer and set rewards to their customers for submitting photographs, reviews and ratings for the products they have purchased or services they have received. The feature benefits businesses by allowing them to effectively use customer reviews for digital marketing purposes as well as for customer analysis and feedback. To ensure no inappropriate or unsuitable reviews are submitted, businesses are required to review and approve the submissions before they are posted within the portal.

 

The system works by which a loyalty customer makes a purchase of a product or service, takes a snapshot of said purchase and uploads it with a rating and review against their transaction. Once the review has been submitted, the system is configured to automatically reward the loyalty card holder with additional loyalty points – for example doubling the points on the reviewed purchase.  If a customer is using the smartphone loyalty app, they are able to submit their review whilst on the premises immediately after they have made their purchase.
